Refund policy

At Alsaif Coffee Egypt, we want you to be happy with your order.

• No returns on opened coffee products for hygiene and safety reasons.

• If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Approved refunds or replacements will be processed through the original payment method (InstaPay or bank transfer for COD).

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
