Welcome to Alsaif Coffee Egypt. By using our website (www.alsaifcoffeeeg.com) and placing an order, you agree to the following:

1. Orders & Products

• We sell coffee and related products.

• Product details and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge but may change without notice.

2. Payments

• Prices are in EGP.

• We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and InstaPay.

3. Delivery

• Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days.

• We will inform you if there are delays.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Opened food items cannot be returned.

• If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours for replacement or refund.

5. Liability

• Our liability is limited to the value of your purchase.

6. Privacy

• Your data is only used for order processing and delivery.

• We do not share your information with third parties.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by Egyptian law.
